OYSTER LEAF FILTER
We are delighted to announce our new series launched in January 2025 known as Vertical Pressure Leaf Filter. Oyster leaf filters come with stainless steel 304, 316 and 316L grade filter leaves suitable in edible oil refining, plasticizer industry, sodium silicate solutions, motor oil refining, gelatin processing, bio diesel production and liquid sulfur filtration. It is widely used for fine filtration which has zero contact with filtered product. Requires steam and pneumatic facility for proper operation.

OYSTER CAST IRON FILTER
We are delighted to announce our new series launched in January 2025 known as Oyster Cast Iron Filter Press. Oyster cast iron filter is manufactured with high grade iron ASTM A48 class 20 machinable. Recently we manufactured largest 36"X36"X50 plate and 49 frame filter press weighing over 14 metric ton suitable in edible oil refining, plasticizer industry, sodium silicate solutions, motor oil refining, gelatin processing, wax industry,bio diesel production and liquid sulfur filtration.In oyster series this filter comes with temperature sensor, viscosity meter and pH value sensor with electrical pulse kit.

MACHINING, SERVICE, ASSEMBLING AND GRINDING
We repair, align,grind and calibrate our old filter press which requires calibration at least after 3-5 years of delivery. We grind on German grinders like Naxos Union for precision.Assembling and machining is performed on German borers like WMW Timely service of filter press is important for less wear and tear of filter cloth. Filter leakage also comes into play if service and calibration is due of filter press. We clean all filter plate pyramids with pneumatic firmer and other various latest instruments.
